The construction project is located on the north side of Yongxing Road, the west side of Xinxing 3rd Road, and the south side of Wushayang Port in Pinghu Economic Development Zone. The project is mainly composed of hotels, podiums, ancillary buildings, underground garages, etc., with a total land area of 20,000 square meters Meters, the total construction area is about 129,414.91 square meters.

The engineering piles are bored piles, the basement floor elevation is -9.50m (-2 floors) /-12.00m (-3 floors), and the floor elevation is -10.00m (-2 floors) /-12.50m (-3 Floor), the elevation of the bottom of the platform is -10.65 (-2 floors) 1-13.15m (-3 floors). Comprehensively consider the design calculation to take the elevation of the bottom of the platform, and the excavation depth of the foundation pit design calculation is 9.75m (-2 floors) /12.25m (-3 floors).
The height difference of pits in water collection wells, elevator shafts and other pits ranges from 1.00m to 1.70m. The specific distribution of the bearing platform, ground beams and water collection tanks is shown in the project foundation drawing.
