Steel pipe material requirements: the steel pipe should use the Q235 common steel pipe specified in the national standard GB / T13793 or GB / T3091, the model should use Φ48.3 × 3.6mm (the plan is calculated according to Φ48 × 3.0mm), and the product entry certificate should be provided It can only be put into use after passing acceptance.

Fasteners should be inspected for product certification and sample re-testing when entering the construction site. Technical performance should comply with the requirements of the national standard "Steel Pipe Scaffold Fasteners". Appearance inspection of the fasteners should be free of cracks. Destruction occurred.

The steel pipe of the outer frame must be anti-rust treated. After removing the rust, apply one anti-rust paint and two top coats.


Yellow paint: scaffolding pole, large and small horizontal pole, horizontal and vertical sweeping pole.

Yellow and black two-tone paint: scaffolding outside protective railing, ramp protective railing, unloading platform protective railing.

The base of the scaffold is flat, compacted and hardened by concrete. The base should be hardened by 100mm thick C25 concrete, and the base or cushion plate should be set at the bottom of the pole. The backing plate shall be a wooden backing plate with a length of not less than 2 spans, a thickness of not less than 50 mm, and a width of not less than 200 mm.

Floor-type scaffolding must be provided with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods, and the vertical sweeping rods should be fixed on the poles immediately below the longitudinal sweeping rods by direct fasteners. When the base of the pole is not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping bar at the height must be extended to the lower two spans and fixed to the pole, the height difference should not be greater than 1m, and the distance between the slope of the pole axis and the slope above the tight slope is not less than 500mm .

The scaffolding foundation should be provided with drainage measures around the base. The elevation of the bottom of the scaffolding base should be 50mm higher than the outdoor natural floor. A drainage ditch with a cross-section of not less than 200mm × 200mm should be provided outside the pole base to ensure that the scaffolding foundation does not collect water.


The surface of even wall parts should be painted with red eye-catching paint for easy inspection and warning.

The scaffolding must use rigid connecting wall pieces.

The connecting wall parts should be set from the longitudinal horizontal bar at the first step of the ground floor. When there is difficulty in this place, reliable measures should be taken to fix it. Diamond-shaped arrangement should be preferred for connecting wall pieces, and square or rectangular arrangement can also be adopted.

The connecting wall parts should be set close to the main node, and the distance from the main node should not be greater than 300mm. The spacing of the connecting wall parts shall be in accordance with the design calculation regulations and shall comply with the following table "Maximum spacing of the connecting wall parts".

Straight-frame and open-type scaffolding must be provided with connecting wall parts at both ends. The vertical distance between the connecting wall parts should not be greater than the storey height of the building and should not be greater than 4m (two steps).


When there is no reliable protection at the edge of the stairs and rest platform, protective railings shall be provided. Three protective railings should be installed at the height of 1.2m and 0.6m and at the bottom, and the dense mesh safety vertical net should be hung on the inside of the rod.

Protective facilities should be stereotyped and instrumentalized.

The pole is fixed with embedded parts or M12 expansion bolts.


The outside of the pick frame must be enclosed and enclosed by a qualified dense-mesh safety net. The safety net should be hung tightly with no less than 18 # lead wire, and the safety net should be hung on the inside of the stand pole. Outside.

When the distance between the scaffold and the building is greater than 20cm, the standing person should be laid. In addition to the 1.2m high protective railing outside the pick frame and the 180mm high kick bar, when the inner side of the pick frame meets the edge (such as large bay windows, door openings, etc.), corresponding protection should also be provided.

The bottom of the cantilevered external scaffolding (at the cantilever beam) is sealed with hard protection (formwork) and the bottom of the tight hard protection (formwork) should be painted with yellow and black paint.

Qualified safety nets or other measures should be adopted to carry out segmented closed protection on the working layer and bottom layer of the picking frame.

The cantilever construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the approved plan.


The scaffolding is covered with dense mesh safety nets on the outside, the mesh number is not less than 2000 meshes / 100cm², the mesh body is connected vertically when the mesh body is connected vertically, each mesh is fixed with 16 # iron wire and steel pipe, and the mesh body is lapped when it is connected horizontally The length of the overlap should not be less than 200mm. The corners of the frame should be lined with wooden fangs to ensure that the safety net lines at the corners of the frame are beautiful.

At the bottom of the scaffolding from the second step, there is a 180mm foot guard, and at the height of 600mm and 1200mm, protective railings of the same material are provided. If the inner side of the scaffold forms a side edge, follow the outer scaffolding protection practices.

The outer row of scaffolding poles and large horizontal poles are painted with yellow paint, and the surface of the bar is painted with yellow and black two-tone paint. The outer facade is provided with a 200mm high warning tape every 3 layers or 9m and fixed on the outside of the pole. The size of the warning tape is shown in the figure, and the surface is painted with red and white or yellow and black warning color paint.


The foundation of the floor unloading platform should be tamped or hardened in advance to meet the bearing capacity requirements. The bottom of the pole should be set with wooden pads or steel bases, and the horizontal and horizontal sweeping rods should be added. The platform should be fully covered with scissors.

The height of the floor discharge platform shall not be greater than 20m.

  The pole spacing, step distance and erection height requirements of the steel pipe fastener floor-mounted discharge platform are determined by calculation, which meets the requirements of scaffolding specifications, and it is strictly forbidden to connect with the outer frame and the formwork support frame.

There are protective railings on the side, safety warning and load limit signs. The platform board is tightly laid, leaving no gaps.

  The floor-type discharge platform should be checked and accepted after each installation and make a record.
